🏛️ State License Law 📍 MinnesotaThe Minnesota Department of Commerce regulates real estate licensees and enforces the state's license law. The Commissioner may investigate complaints and take disciplinary action such as denial, suspension, or revocation of a license, as well as censure, civil penalties, and cease-and-desist orders. Common grounds for discipline include fraud, misrepresentation, mishandling of trust or escrow funds, and conducting unlicensed activity.
