🏛️ State License Law 📍 WashingtonIn Washington, all advertising must clearly identify the licensed firm, and brokers may not advertise in a way that is false, deceptive, or implies they are acting independently of their firm. A managing broker is responsible for supervising the advertising and conduct of affiliated brokers. Transaction records and trust-account documentation must be retained for the period required by DOL rules (generally 3 years) and made available for inspection.
