🏛️ State License Law 📍 Indiana

📖 What you need to know

Client and escrow funds in Indiana must be held in a separate trust or escrow account maintained by the broker company, kept apart from the firm's operating funds, with commingling and conversion of client money prohibited. Indiana broker licenses are renewed on the state's three-year renewal cycle, and licensees must complete the required continuing education hours during each cycle to renew. Newly licensed brokers must also complete required post-licensing education before their first renewal to remain in good standing.
