🏛️ State License Law 📍 TennesseeThe Tennessee Real Estate Commission (TREC) regulates licensing in the state, and the entry-level license is the affiliate broker. To qualify, candidates must complete 90 hours of approved pre-licensing education, consisting of 60 hours of Basic Principles of Real Estate plus a 30-hour Course for New Affiliates. Every affiliate broker must work under and be supervised by a managing broker, who is responsible for the affiliate's real estate activities.
