🏛️ State License Law 📍 South Carolina

📖 What you need to know

Licensees in South Carolina must provide the agency-relationships disclosure brochure to consumers early in the relationship so buyers and sellers understand their representation options before sharing confidential information. Sellers of residential property are generally required to complete a property condition disclosure statement describing the known condition of the home. Licensees must also disclose any material facts they know about a property and never misrepresent its condition to the parties.
