Free real estate exam cheat sheets

A cheat sheet earns its place when it compresses a whole topic onto one page you can actually recall under time pressure. Here is how to use them properly — and a free library covering every exam domain plus the license law for 25 states.

What a cheat sheet is good for — and what it isn't

A one-page reference is a recall tool, not a learning tool. Reading one does not teach you agency law. What it does, once you already understand the topic, is compress it into a shape you can retrieve quickly — which is exactly what a timed exam demands.

The right sequence is: learn the concept, practise questions on it, then use the cheat sheet to keep it warm. Using them in the reverse order is why some candidates can recite definitions and still fail the exam.

The topics worth having on one page

The one most people are missing

State license law. National cheat sheets are everywhere; state-specific ones are rare, because they have to be written twenty-five times instead of once. That is also why the state portion is where retakes come from.

Our library covers both: national topics organised by exam domain, plus a dedicated set for each state we support — licensing and CE requirements, the agency model, disclosure duties, escrow handling and discipline.

How to use them in the last week

In the final week before your exam, stop adding new material. Rotate through cheat sheets for the topics your practice results say are weakest, and sit full-length timed mocks in between. Recall plus stamina — that is the whole job at that point.

Every page in the library is free, needs no account, and prints cleanly on one sheet.
